Directions

Leave Derby City centre from the Pentagon island taking the A52 Brian Clough Way towards Nottingham, pass the Wyvern retail park on the right hand side and then take the second exit on the left following the signs for Spondon.  On reaching the roundabout by Asda superstore turn right onto Nottingham Road, pass over the first mini roundabout and then over the second.  Continue for sometime towards Borrowash and eventually the plot will be found on the left hand side identified by our sale board.
