Wide variety of homes to suit a huge range of budgets
With *guide prices ranging from just £5,500+, there’s a house to suit all budgets in the latest auction catalogue from SDL Auctions Bigwood, which has been published ahead of the company’s fifth Birmingham auction of the year.
Featuring 87 lots – 72 which will be going under the hammer and 15 which are being sold by online auction – the 88-page catalogue is a must-read for private buyers, developers and investors looking to increase their property portfolios.
Among the residential lots to be sold by auction at Villa Park, Birmingham, on Thursday 12 September is a recently refurbished dormer bungalow in Dudley, with a *guide price of £165,000+.
Set back from the road behind a garden and driveway, 9 Tanfield Road, Dudley, has gas central heating and double glazing and comprises a lounge, dining kitchen and family bathroom on the ground floor, two bedrooms upstairs and a rear garden.

Investors looking for apartments have the choice of purchasing single properties or entire blocks.
A single one bedroomed purpose-built apartment in Tipton has a guide price of £43,000+. At the other end of the country, 117 Boutport Street, Barnstaple, Devon is split into five self-contained apartments. A mix of one and two bedroomed properties, they are individually let and currently produce an annual income of £29,520. The property, which has a Georgian-style façade, has a guide price of £340,000+.
