Seaside homes star in new auction catalogue
Coastal homes with great sea views are expected to attract plenty of buyers to the next SDL Auctions Cheshire and North Wales auction in Chester on Tuesday 27 June.
They include a three-bedroomed, semi-detached house at 13 Seafield Road in Colwyn Bay, sitting in an elevated position in the town and commanding impressive views of Rhos-on-Sea and the Little Orme headland in North Wales.
