SDL Auctions secures double shortlisting for Negotiator awards
SDL Auctions, one of the UK’s largest property auctioneers, has been announced on the shortlist for two categories in a major national property industry awards ceremony.
The business has been shortlisted at The Negotiator Awards in the Residential Auction Service of the Year category for the sixth consecutive year and also the Supplier of the Year – Products and Services (Marketing) categories for its new Auction Partners division.
Andrew Parker, managing director of SDL Auctions, said: “Being shortlisted in the Negotiator Awards means recognition by our peers in the industry that we have an outstanding business proving exceptional customer service to our sellers and buyers alike.
“This is the most prestigious awards ceremony for the UK residential estate agency and letting agency industry and we are delighted to have been shortlisted not once but twice!”
The Negotiator Awards are regarded as the “Oscars” of the residential and letting agency world. Established in 2008, they celebrate the best in class of property experts across the UK. The 2018 Negotiator Awards will be presented at a gala dinner held at the Grosvenor House hotel in London on Friday 30 November.
SDL Auctions is one of the most successful auction event and online auctioneers holding 40 auction events each year in Birmingham, Manchester, Derby, Nottingham, Leicester and Chester and running online auctions 24/7 every single day of the year.
Its SDL Auction Partners division allows estate agencies to offer properties through auction events or online auctions, while continuing to market them locally. SDL Auction Partners has partner agents across the UK and in the last six months has increased membership by 49 per cent.
Andrew added: “Just to have got this far is testimony to the hard work of all our staff across all our offices, and we are very pleased to be a part of an event that continues to grow year on year.”
In 2017, the 34 Negotiator Awards categories attracted the largest number of entries, with 750 guests, including industry directors, senior managers and business owners, attending the awards ceremony.
