SDL Auctions pledges to ‘Love Our Customers’ this Valentine’s Day

SDL Auctions is hitting the ground running this New Year with its team of valuers and auction negotiators already working closely with a range of buyers and sellers looking to benefit from the company’s focus on customer service and results ahead of its first 2019 Birmingham auction on 14th February.

One of the UK’s the largest and most successful property auctioneers, and the market leader in the Midlands, SDL Auctions has once again achieved year-on-year growth with £100m raised in sales at its Villa Park auctions last year, more than twice the success of its nearest rivals. 214 Hamstead Road in Handsworth Wood is a substantial seven bedroomed semi-detached residence which is in a poor state of repair following fire damage and has a guide price of £60,000+ while in Smethwick at 35 St. Marys Road is a traditional two double bedroomed terraced house with a guide price of £90,000+ which requires upgrading.
