A rare opportunity to buy up to five town houses on the same Barnsley street is on offer to bidders in the next SDL Auctions North West auction in Manchester on 12 December.
The row of three-bedroomed homes on Hope Street in the Low Valley area come with *guide prices ranging from £66,000+ to £70,000+.

Andy Thompson, senior valuer at SDL Auctions North West, said: “This is a unique opportunity to own up to five houses next to each other that are all producing healthy yields of more than nine per cent, based on the guide prices.
“All five properties are attractively built with enclosed back gardens, and each has an allocated parking space in the rear car park.
“They are well-located for excellent local amenities in both Wombwell and Darfield, and offer easy access to the Dearne Valley Parkway which leads to Corton Wood Retail Park and junction 36 of the M1 motorway.”

Other lots include a wide range of tenanted and vacant terraced houses in Manchester, six seaside flats in Morecambe and Fleetwood, and properties from Bacup, Barnsley, Blackpool, Bolton, Burnley, Halifax, Salford, Stockport and Wigan.
Mr Thompson added: “We are looking forward to what we expect will be a busy day in the auction room on 12 December, and we are already starting work on what we are planning to be an even busier year for SDL Auctions North West in 2018.”
