Properties in Leicester invited to go under the hammer

25th November 2015 – Graham Penny Auctions, the most successful property auction house in Leicester, is turning its attentions to 2016 and inviting entries for its first auction of the year.

Properties of all types, from residential houses which need refurbishment work through to tenanted properties, commercial premises and even development land are being invited for inclusion in the catalogue for the auction on Tuesday 23rd February at the King Power Stadium.

Earlier this month Graham Penny Auctions held its most successful Leicester auction to date with more than £3m in sales raised as a wide range of lots sold under the hammer, including a one bedroom apartment at St. Johns Chambers in Leicester sold for £64,000 from a guide price of £59,000+, 19 Avon Walk in Hinckley, a three bedroomed town house which had a guide price £78,000+ and sold for £97,000 and 4 Elliott Drive in Leicester Forest East, currently a three bedroom bungalow with planning permission for two five bedroomed detached houses which sold for £218,000 from a guide price of £200,000+.
