Hat trick of period houses in SDL Auctions Graham Penny’s next Derby auction

A hat trick of “Houses” makes up a good proportion of the commercial offering at SDL Auctions Graham Penny’s next Derby auction at Pride Park Stadium on Thursday 31 May.

Nick Trow, commercial valuer for SDL Auctions Graham Penny said Red House, Southgate House and Peverel House are all evidence of the growing demand for commercial property in SDL Auctions national network of regular auctions.
