19th September 2013 – The property catalogue for the first Graham Penny Auctions Leicester auction is continuing to gather pace but there is still time to enter more properties into the sale.
Graham Penny Auctions, the Midlands number one property auctioneer*, is holding its first Leicester auction on Thursday 24th October at Leicester City Football Club’s King Power Stadium and already included in the catalogue are:
- 52 Chestnut Road, Glenfield – a three bedroomed Victorian end-terrace property with a guide price of £90,000+
- 81 Lutterworth Road, Aylestone – a traditional three bedroomed semi-detached house with gas central heating, partial double glazing and well stocked mature gardens. It has a guide price of £160,000+
- 86 and 86a High Street, Whetstone – a large former Cooperative building with good sized yard, a traditional two bedroomed semi-detached house alongside with parking and garage. All in need of modernisation and with a guide price of £180,000+
Graham Penny, auctioneer and director at Graham Penny Auctions, commented: “We’ve been pleasantly surprised by the level of interest we’ve had in our new Leicester auction. We knew there was a market for a new auction house in the city but the number of appraisals we’ve arranged has been great.
“We still have space for more property entries before we close our catalogue next week. I encourage anyone who’s looking for a quick sale to get in touch. Selling at auction is a serious option for most types of property including terraced, semi-detached and detached homes, apartments, commercial properties and development land.”
