The auction, on Tuesday 15th December at Nottingham Racecourse, will feature a catalogue of 49 varied residential investment houses, development land, mixed use properties and commercial premises from across Nottinghamshire and the rest of the UK.

Auctioneer Graham Penny commented: “We have a full diary of viewings booked in for our properties as buyers want to secure their next property and exchange contracts before the Christmas break.

“Plus, with the increase in stamp duty for buy-to-let landlords and those buying a second home coming into force in April next year, we’re seeing a lot of people wanting to buy in our auction room this month to make the most of the lower rates while they can.”

All successful bidders can rest assured that their 10 per cent deposit will secure the sale and vendors can enjoy Christmas in the knowledge their sale cannot fall through.”
