Attractive commercial property investments at Nottingham auction
A recently renovated shop with a flat above that could bring in attractive rental income is going under the hammer in the next SDL Auctions Graham Penny auction in Nottingham on Friday 20 October.
The mixed use property at 5 Station Street in Kirkby in Ashfield has a *guide price of £45,000+, and has an estimated combined rental income of circa £8,000 to £9,000 per annum if fully let.
Vejay Pal, senior valuer at SDL Auctions Graham Penny, said: “This is a superbly presented property based in a prime town centre location.
“Estimated rental returns are worth up to 20 per cent based on the guide price, and so we are expecting some strong bidding for this lot.”
Meanwhile, a 10,000 sq ft warehouse at 40 St Peters Street in Radford is also being offered for sale in the auction with a guide price of £135,000+.
